Refund Rules

Please review our refund terms carefully before enrolling in any ML360 program or service.

At ML360, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all registrations, payments, and service commitments. This Refund Rules page explains how refund requests, cancellations, and related cases are handled for our courses, consultations, workshops, and other services.

1. General Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific course, workshop, coaching session, consultation, or special offer, all payments made to ML360 are treated as final and non-refundable.

Any exception, if approved, shall be entirely at the sole discretion of ML360 and will depend on the specific nature of the service purchased.

2. Cancellation Before Service Delivery

If a user requests cancellation before the scheduled start of a paid service, batch, session, or consultation, ML360 may review the request on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of any partial refund, credit note, transfer, or rescheduling will depend on administrative costs, resource allocation, reserved seats, and any third-party payment or processing charges already incurred.

3. No Refund After Access or Participation

No refund may be granted once any of the following has happened:

  • You have been given access to course material, recordings, resources, downloads, or learning portals.
  • You have attended a class, session, consultation, workshop, or mentoring interaction.
  • A seat has been confirmed and resources have been allocated specifically for your participation.

4. Missed Sessions or Non-Attendance

Refunds will not be issued for missed classes, unattended sessions, scheduling conflicts from the user’s side, lack of participation, or failure to join after registration.

In some cases, ML360 may choose to provide rescheduling support, alternate access, or adjusted arrangements, but this is not guaranteed unless specifically committed in writing.

5. Special Offers and Promotional Plans

Payments made under discounted offers, scholarship plans, promotional packages, combo bundles, limited-time enrollments, or special pricing may be strictly non-refundable unless clearly mentioned otherwise at the time of purchase.

6. Duplicate or Excess Payments

If a duplicate payment or excess payment is made by mistake for the same service, the extra amount may be reviewed and refunded after verification.

Such requests must be supported with payment proof and raised within a reasonable time from the date of transaction.

7. Payment Gateway and Processing Charges

Where a refund is approved, payment gateway charges, transaction fees, bank charges, taxes, or administrative deductions may be applied, wherever relevant and legally permissible.

8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved by ML360, the amount will generally be processed back to the original payment source within a reasonable business period, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

Delays caused by banks, card providers, UPI apps, or payment processors shall be outside the direct control of ML360.

9. Right to Refuse Refund

ML360 reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases including, but not limited to, misuse of services, violation of terms, abusive conduct, false claims, unauthorized sharing of course access, or attempts to unfairly benefit from the program before requesting refund.

10. Changes to Services

ML360 reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course structure, trainers, mentors, timing, delivery mode, curriculum, or session format for operational or quality reasons. Such changes shall not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

11. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, you must contact ML360 with your full name, registered contact details, payment proof, program or service details, and the reason for your request.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval of refund.
